This may be our finest work to date. A unique island retreat looking out across the Atlantic Ocean on Rutland Island, Co. Donegal; this home sits comfortably within the landscape, and is perched just metres from the water’s edge.
Constructed in response to place using a muted pallet of materials including salvaged stone, sustainable timber, copper, and glass, this property is only accessible by boat and achieves a unique fusion of form and function, whilst giving something back to its natural environment.
